ADDENDUM
Under the powers conferred upon the undersigned vide resolutions passed by the Apex Council of the DDCA, following committee(s) is hereby constituted for the purposes enumerated thereunder:

Quorum:
The quorum for the meetings of the Committee shall be two (02) members which shall mandatorily include the Chairperson or the Convenor. The Convenor shall convene the meetings of the Committee with the concurrence of the Chairperson. In the event of non-availability of the Chairperson, the Convenor shall convene the meeting with the permission of the President.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take all decisions pertaining to legal matter of the DDCA.
- Lay down norms for appointment and/ or empanelment of advocates.
- Appoint advocates and legal representatives to defend the interest of the DDCA before various Courts, Tribunals, Forums, Judicial and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Take all decisions pertaining to institution and withdrawal of cases.
- To resolve matters through post or pre-litigation mediation.
- The committee shall be responsible to maintain highest standards of transparency in each and every aspect.
