Quorum:
The quorum for the meetings of the Committee shall be all the three (03) members.
Role & Responsibilities
- The Committee shall lay down the qualifications for appointment of CEO and GM Cricket Operations and other management personnel in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association of DDCA.
- Call for applications, scrutinise and recommend to the President the names of the candidates for all such appointments.
- Finalise and recommend terms of the appointments.
- Take assistance from anyone within or outside DDCA complete the above task.
- The complete the above task as early as possible and preferably within three weeks
- The committee shall be responsible to maintain highest standards of transparency in each and every aspect.
