Quorum:
The quorum for the meetings of the Committee shall be four (04) members which shall mandatorily include the Chairman or the Convenor. The Convenor shall convene the meetings of the Committee with the concurrence of the Chairman. In the event of non-availability of the Chairman, the Convenor shall convene the meeting with the permission of the President.
Role & Responsibilities
The Committee shall:
- The Infrastructure Committee shall conceptualize and approve all improvements, by way of upgradation, renovation and extension of existing infrastructure or creation of new infrastructure in Sh. Arun Jaitley Stadium.
- It shall work towards making the stadium state of the art eco-friendly and self-sustaining.
- The Committee shall also get the technical specifications and financial estimates prepared in respect of each project.
- While giving administrative approval, the Committee shall not exceed or go beyond the budget provision as approved by the Apex Council.
- The committee shall be responsible to maintain highest standards of transparency in each and every aspect.
