Quotations are invited for providing Tent services.

Sealed Tender / Quotation are invited for providing tent services on hire basis at Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) situated at Ferozshah Kotla, New Delhi – 110002 from reputed firms/agencies/companies having valid licenses and sanctions and shall have experience in the field of tent services for a minimum period of two years, to quote their best offers in SEALED COVERS for the EGM to be held at DDCA, Ferozshah Kotla Grounds, New Delhi ON 3^RD June 2017.

Requirement are as follows.

Tent Work & Snacks for 1000 Persons for 03-06-2017.

1. Tent 108’X 108’ with white ceiling
2. 1000 Chairs with white Coors
3. One Stage 8’x8’x2’ height
4. One mic set with podiyams cordless mic
5. 30 Mist Fans (Big).
6. 1000 persons snacks with tea, Coffee, Biscuits & six different types Pakodes.

The last date for submission of above Tender/Offer/ Quotations for the EGM to be held at DDCA, Ferozshah Kotla Grounds, New Delhi ON 3^RD June 2017 is Thursday, 25/05/2017 till 5 P.M.
