Under the powers conferred upon the undersigned vide resolutions passed by the Apex Council of the DDCA, following committee(s) is hereby constituted for the purposes enumerated thereunder:

Quorum:
The quorum for the meetings of the Committee shall be FOUR (04) members which shall mandatorily include the Chairperson.
Role & Responsibilities
The Committee shall:
- Suggest measures for welfare or senior citizen and other members of the Association.
- Organise and lay down norms for organisation of special events for senior citizen members.
- Constitute Sub-Committee(s) from amongst themselves.
- Suggest measures for improvement of various facilities for Senior Citizen Members of the DDCA.
- The committee shall be responsible to maintain highest standards of transparency in each and every aspect.
