Quorum:
The quorum for the meetings of the Committee shall be FOUR (04) members which shall mandatorily include the Chairperson. 
Role & Responsibilities
The Committee shall:
i. Make recommendation for smooth conduct of Tambola activity in DDCA.
ii. Ensure conduct of Tambola activity and maximum participation of members for the activity.
iii. The committee shall be responsible to maintain highest standards of transparency in each and every aspect.
