IN SUPERSESSION OF THE EARLIER TENDER DATED 6 NOVEMBER 2015 THE FOLLOWING TENDER IS BEING RE- ISSUED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF JUSTICE MUKUL MUDGAL.
TENDER/QUOTATION FOR INDIA VS SOUTH AFRICA (GANDHI MANDELA SERIES) 4TH TEST MATCH FROM 3/12/2015 TO 7/12/2015.
Sealed Tender / Quotation are invited from reputed advertisers and marketing companies in the field of Sports Events / other commercial activities to quote their best offers in SEALED COVERS for only INDIA VS SOUTH AFRICA (GANDHI MANDELA SERIES) 4TH TEST MATCH to be held at DDCA, Ferozeshah Kotla Grounds, New Delhi from 3/12/2015 TO 7/12/2015 for the following items:
1. Exclusive In-Stadia Advertisement Rights for all available areas including Sight Screen and Score Board except area already earmarked for Title Sponsors (250 feet of ground peripheral area). The area of the playing surface used to display the logo of the BCCI sponsors, stumps logo. In-Stadia rights shall not include rights allotted by the BCCI to its sponsors. All In-Stadia rights shall be as per BCCI guidelines.
2. Naming of Pavilion End and Delhi Gate End, both bowling side ends separately.
3. Naming of stands;
i. HILL-A
ii. HILL-B
iii. CLUB HOUSE STAND
iv NORTH EAST STAND
v. SOUTH EAST STAND
vi. EAST STAND
Other Term & Condition:
A. The necessary details / clarification if any can be obtained from DDCA Office.
B. All quotations / offers/ Tenders should be on Company / Firms or Organisation Letter Head with logo.
C. All quotations / offers/ Tenders must be accompanied with D.D of 20% of Bid amount along with Pan No. / Tin No. / Service Tax Number and I.D Proof with company / Organisation/ Firm’s details of Registration, Memorandum & Articles, Partnership / proprietorship details as the case may be. The said 20% of the bid amount shall be retained by DDCA as an interest free security deposit. This amount shall be adjusted against the final tender amount payment.
D. The successful bidder shall pay the balance amount within 48 hours of acceptance of the bid. DDCA reserves its right to accept or reject any of the offers or cancel all offers and also modify conditions or effect any other change in items, terms and conditions.
E. The envelopes containing quotations SUPERSCRIPED with the name of item is to be addressed to Administrator Delhi & District Cricket Association, Ferozeshah Kotla Grounds New Delhi-110002 may be dropped in a box kept in the Administrative office of DDCA during office hours 10 A.M TO 5 P.M.
F. The quotation must reach the office of the DDCA by TUESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER 2015 BY 4 P.M which will be opened on the same day at 5 PM.
G. The Incomplete quotations in any manner or tenders not accompanied by 20% bid amount in the form of Demand Draft or lacking in any other respect will be summarily rejected.
H. In the event another party is sought to be engaged as a supplier for the purposes of the tender, this may only be done by obtaining consent in writing of the Authorised official of DDCA.
I. All costs associated with display and removal of advertising sites allocated to the successful party shall be borne by the successful party. No assignment or transfer of the rights shall be permitted without the written consent of DDCA’s authorised official.
J. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.
K. It is hereby clarified that all rights granted pursuant to the Tender are valid only for this match. No future rights are sought to be granted.
The last date for submission of above Tender/Offer/ Quotations for India Vs South Africa Test Match to be held from 3rd Dec 2015 to 7th Dec 2015 at DDCA Ferozeshah Kotla Grounds New Delhi is TUESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER 2015 BY 4 P.M.
